As part of their End-of-the-Year festivities, the El Monte City School District held a drive-up celebration for their new retirees. On Thursday, May 13, the CDC issued new guidance regarding mask wearing for vaccinated people, stating fully vaccinated people can resume activities without wearing a mask.
